CAKE/FLOWER ORDERING

1. DESIGNS & PRICES 
• All prices are EXCLUDING delivery charges
• Cake/flower designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
• Due to inherent limitation of the electronic media there may be certain difference in colours, presentation or specifications of the products seen on the computer and in reality that are beyond our control. 
• FOr cake orders - Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured. No artificial sweetener is added in our products.
• Availability of certain festive designs are subjected to festive seasons and selected occasions.
• Requests for any changes to standard cake/flower designs are not allowed.
• Additional surcharge is payable for any changes to designed cakes/flowers.
• Additional surcharge is payable for additional toppings on the side or top of the cake/flower
• We reserves the rights to SUBSTITUTE, CHANGE, ACCEPT or CANCEL any orders or cake/flower designs.  
  
2.  ORDERS 
• Orders may be made through our Dial-a-cake hotline +65 6243 2997 for local residents
• Orders may be made SAME DAY subjected to cakes/flowers availability through online ordering
  
3.  PAYMENT 
• Payment must be made in full upon ordering. 
• Only AMEX, VISA and Mastercard will be accepted for telephone orders.
• All payments are non-refundable. 
  
4.  DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE 
• The delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and We will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

Choice of Delivery Schedules

(*Festive periods refer to Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year and Christmas Day)

• To ensure Our drivers’ safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
• For NEXT Day Delivery charge to a single location is applicable per whole cake/flower arrangement  order
• For SAME Day Delivery charge to a single location is applicable per whole cake/flower arrangement order
• For express delivery, a delivery surcharge of charge in additional of Normal Delivery Charges to a single location is payable per whole cake/flower arrangement order and is subject to standard cake designs only. No fixed timing is allowed and is subject to availability of delivery schedules. 

• For a successful delivery, we require a full delivery address, contact number and name of recipient and time of delivery.
• For subsequent requests or redirection of orders, an additional delivery surcharge is applicable to a single location per whole cake/flower order.
• All deliveries can only be made in Singapore. Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses except to protected/restricted areas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, schools and student/childcare centres.
• In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the cake/flower. the cake/flower will be returned back to our outlet for resend subjected to redelivery fees . No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
• Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
• CAKE/FLOWER must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery . We reserve the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.

We provide  our customers same day delivery on orders placed before the next time slot on every days. substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

For delivery charges, please refer to the following:
there will be a delivery charge in Singapore for  next day or earlier ordering and for same day ordering. Note that certains areas will be subjected to surcharge example, Tuas, Jurong, Sentosa, Sungei Kadut, Gul areas, Joon Koon areas.
  
5.  AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 
• No amendments or changes are allowed 3 working days prior to delivery or collection (exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays).
• Amendments
An administrative surcharge of $5 will be imposed for each amendment required 3 working days prior to delivery or collection. We reserve the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.
• Cancellations
Once Payment received NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED

6. BIRTHDAY CANDLES
• Big and Small Candles are provided complimentary on our side. However, we reserve to right to accept or cancel any request for candles. 
• We reserve the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter for non-issued of candles

7. WRITING ON CAKES
• Request for writing on cakes has to be specifically stated over the remark field , if not indicated message shall only be printed on our Delivery Order.
• We reserves the rights to accept or reject any request of writing on the cake . It is customer's duty to ensure that such nature requests are acknowledged by our side.
• We reserve the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter for non-writing of words

8. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
It is customer's responsible to check that the order has been processed for the RIGHT ITEM, DELIVERY DATE, DELIVERY TIME, MESSAGE. 

We WILL NOT Be Responsible for Any Non Confirmation of Order verbally.
All Orders or Changes will be based on Email Corresponding ONLY

FLOWER ORDERING

1.  SUBSTITUTION
Throughout the world seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliages and fruits. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your Order. The particular vases or basket shown will be supplied . However, should any be unavailable, you will be informed via email and a similar value and style of respective vase or basket will be substituted.

All Orders are subjected to our e-mail confirmation.

2.  ORDERS

• For subsequent requests or redirection of orders, an additional delivery surcharge is applicable to a single location per flower order.
